For school owners

One platform under your name.

Not a stack of vendors under theirs. The infrastructure your school runs on — branded as yours, contracted as one, owned across every campus.

The cost you don't see

Most schools run on six contracts. You're paying to manage them all.

Different vendors. Different renewal dates. Different support teams. Different data, kept in different places. Every gap between them is your operations team's problem.

What you see from the top

A live picture of every campus, on one screen.

The Console is what you see — not what your principals choose to share with you.

What this protects you from

Quiet risks. Loud consequences.

Most of what hurts a school doesn't show up in this term's numbers. It shows up two years later, when it's too expensive to fix.

A senior teacher leaves. Two years of curriculum context walks out with them.
ARVO holds the institutional memory. Lesson plans, question banks, training, classroom-level history — all in the platform, not in one teacher's head. The next teacher inherits the work, not the chaos.
You open a new branch. Six months of rebuilding everything from scratch.
New campus = plug in ARVO. Same curriculum, same teacher tools, same parent app, same Console — running from day one. Your operating standard scales by configuration, not reinvention.
Parents are quietly comparing your school to the one with the better app.
The app is yours, branded yours, and it works. Parents see the same kind of platform competitors are spending years trying to build — already running, with your name on it.
An inspection arrives. Your data is in seven different vendor portals.
One Console. One export. Engagement, attendance, assessments, training records — already connected, already exportable, already auditable.
A principal leaves. The handover is what they remembered to write down.
The platform is the handover. Operations, content, calendar, communication — all running in ARVO regardless of who is sitting in the principal's chair.
The investment question

"Is it worth it?" Honest answers.

The questions every owner asks before signing. We'd rather say them out loud than pretend they don't exist.

We already use Cambridge / Oxford / our own curriculum. We're not switching books.
You don't have to. Pulse runs with whatever curriculum you already use — Cambridge, Oxford, custom, or any combination. We map your books, your syllabus, your assessment scheme. The platform sits on top of what you've built. That's the Digital-only plan.
We've spent years building our own systems. I'm not throwing that out.
Don't throw it out. The Modular plan lets you keep your existing infrastructure and plug in only the ARVO modules you don't have — the AI tutor, the question bank, the assessment generator, attendance, whatever's missing. Integrate via API into the systems you already run.
What's the actual ROI? Show me the number.
We won't quote you a fake percentage. The honest numbers are these: fewer vendor contracts to manage, less admin overhead per campus, less disruption when teachers turn over, faster branch rollouts. We share what schools currently using ARVO have measured. Different schools see different numbers — we'll model yours together, before you sign.
What if ARVO disappears tomorrow? I don't want to be locked in.
Fair concern. Your data is yours, exportable on demand, written into the contract. The books are physical — you keep them. The teacher training your staff completed is theirs. The platform runs on standard SaaS infrastructure, no proprietary dependencies. You're not more locked into ARVO than you are into any other system you use today — and arguably less, because there's only one of us.
Under your name, never ours

Parents, teachers, students — none of them see "ARVO".

The platform is yours. The brand is yours. The login screen, the app icon, the welcome email — all carrying your school's identity.
